SECA Swim Clinic
SECA invites you to join us in the spring for a 7 week swim clinic that focuses on improving stroke techniques using proven competetive coaching methods and self-correcting drills.
This clinic is open to all competetive swimmers* in and around
Lancaster County.
We meet at the Lampeter-Strasburg YMCA
on Friday evenings beginning
March 19, 2010.
Ages 10 and under meet from 6:30-7:30pm
Ages 18 and under meet from 7:30-8:30pm
March 19 - Freestyle Review
March 26 & April 9 - Backstroke Review
April 16 & 23 - Breaststroke Review
April 30 - Butterfly Review
May 7 - Review of all strokes
Fee is $50 (non-refundable)
for each registered swimmer.
*Minimum requirements - Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke (unassisted).
