SECA Swim Clinic
SECA invites you to join us in the spring for a 7 week swim clinic that focuses on improving stroke techniques using proven competetive coaching methods and self-correcting drills.
This clinic is open to all competetive swimmers* in and around
Lancaster County.
We meet at the Lampeter-Strasburg YMCA
on Friday evenings beginning
March 16, 2012.
Ages 10 and under meet
from 6:30-7:30pm
Ages 18 and under meet
from 7:30-8:30pm
March 16 - Freestyle Review
March 23 & 30 - Backstroke Review
April 6 - NO CLINIC
April 13 & 20- Breaststroke Review
April 27 - Butterfly Review
May 4 - Review of all strokes
Fee is $60 (non-refundable)
for each registered swimmer.
*Minimum requirements - Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke (unassisted).
